My name is Peter Tamming. I bring more than 20 years of hands-on experience in operational leadership, having worked across startups, SMEs, scale-ups, and global corporates.
I have grown through the full operational stack, from hands-on operational and middle management roles to executive leadership and ownership.
I have operated as a founder, co-founder, and executive, leading businesses through build, turnaround, and growth transitions. My work has involved aligning leadership teams, rebuilding operating structures, and restoring execution in complex and high-pressure environments.
This experience means I do not approach companies as an external advisor with theory. I step in with the mindset of someone accountable for outcomes, decisions, and people, because I have carried that responsibility myself.
